Canon Vixia is an import part of Canon AVCHD series. We usually know that high definition AVCHD aren't friendly with Mac range from video player to video edit software. Until iMovie'11 appearance, but compare with Panasonic and Sony, Canon is less supported by iMovie'11 still.
